Current Need:
The firm is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in water and wastewater systems. This role involves leading design efforts, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, project management experience, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or successful completion of the FE exam (or ability to obtain within 18 months).
- Minimum of 5 years of related engineering experience.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
