LVI has partnered with a nationwide firm, who are seeking a Staff Civil Engineer with environmental experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. This is your chance to lead or support a diverse portfolio of projects, site civil design, and renewable energy developments to water treatment facilities and emergency response initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support engineering teams in delivering coordinated, high-quality designs.
- Manage multidisciplinary projects with varying technical complexity.
- Prepare design documentation including reports, drawings, and cost estimates.
- Provide strategic planning and consulting services to clients.
- Oversee and review work by junior staff.
- Execute project scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Foster client relationships and participate in marketing and design meetings.
- Champion QA/QC procedures and internal training initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).
- 5+ years of environmental engineering experience (consulting preferred).
- PE/EIT certification preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience with construction oversight and methods.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel (~10%).
