Our client is looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for large-scale data center projects. Based in Atlanta, you will be responsible for managing field activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, and driving the project toward successful completion.
With a project backlog of at least 8+ years, the firm is experiencing significant growth in the mission critical market.
Key responsibilities of the position:
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain workflow and productivity.
- Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor quality of work and resolve issues promptly to maintain project standards.
- Track progress against schedule and report updates to the project manager.
- Manage site logistics, including equipment and material deliveries.
- Identify potential delays or conflicts and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, inspections, and progress reports.
- Foster strong communication between field teams and office staff.
