日本国内のデータセンタープロジェクトにおける設計、エンジニアリング、建設を担当するプロジェクト管理チームを率いる経験豊富なプロジェクトディレクターを募集します。
本ポジションは、日本の開発・デリバリー責任者に報告し、プロジェクトを期限内、予算内、スコープ通りに遂行するための実践的なリーダーシップを発揮します。
Key Responsibilities | 主な業務内容
- Supervise and guide the Project Management Team, balancing workload and fostering skill development.
プロジェクト管理チームの業務を監督し、業務負荷の調整やスキル向上を促進します。 - Develop and implement strategies for successful project delivery across all stages.
プロジェクトの全工程における成功に向けた戦略を策定・実行します。 - Monitor schedules, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
スケジュール、予算、KPIを監視し、正確かつ迅速な報告を行います。 - Apply a commercial approach to procurement and cost management.
調達やコスト管理において商業的視点を適用します。 - Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and suppliers.
顧客、施工業者、サプライヤーなどのステークホルダーとの良好な関係を維持します。 - Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and manage on-site quality.

Skills & Experience | 必要なスキル・経験
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction-related discipline and 10-15 years of experience in Japan's data center or mission-critical industry.
工学または建設関連分野の学士号、ならびに日本国内のデータセンターまたはミッションクリティカル業界での10〜15年の経験。 - While direct experience in data center projects is preferred, experience in infrastructure, large-scale power plants, or building construction is also welcomed.
データセンタープロジェクトでの直接的な経験が望ましいですが、インフラ、大規模発電所、建築工事での経験も歓迎します。 - Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex projects.
複数分野のチームを管理し、複雑なプロジェクトを成功させた実績。 - Strong skills in scheduling, cost forecasting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
スケジューリング、コスト予測、リスク管理、ステークホルダー対応に優れたスキル。 - Excellent communication in Japanese and English, both written and verbal.
日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）。 - Ability to travel within Japan and internationally at short notice.
