Electrical Engineer (MEP)
We're a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on delivering high-performing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for the built environment. Our work spans commercial developments, transportation facilities, and large-scale infrastructure projects. As our portfolio continues to expand, we're looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to help shape the next generation of smart, efficient, and resilient buildings.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems across a range of MEP projects, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage solutions.
- Work closely with mechanical and plumbing teams, architects, and contractors to deliver well-coordinated, code-compliant designs.
- Perform electrical calculations and analyses, including load assessments, short‑circuit studies, voltage drop, and energy efficiency evaluations.
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to support project execution and ensure technical accuracy.
- Stay current with industry codes, standards, and emerging technologies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or actively pursuing licensure.
- At least 3 years of experience in MEP electrical system design.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical engineering software such as SKM, ETAP, or comparable tools.
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local code requirements, and industry best practices.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
