About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure all electrical work is completed safely, on schedule, and in strict compliance with project specifications and codes. This role is central to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent client relationships and overall project satisfaction.
This position requires flexibility - you may supervise a single project for an extended period or travel between multiple job sites in a day to monitor progress, inspect work, and provide leadership support.
This is a non‑bargaining position (non‑union).

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations for electrical projects
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with NEC, local codes, and project specifications
- Maintain high standards of quality control, workmanship, and jobsite safety
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients
- Review progress, inspect installations, and resolve field issues efficiently
- Provide leadership, oversight, and direction to field crews
- Travel between job sites as needed to maintain productivity and project success
- Represent the company professionally and support strong client relationships
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
- Proven experience supervising electrical construction projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
