Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute environmental projects from proposal through completion.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Ensure technical quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Provide strategic guidance on environmental compliance, risk management, and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant environmental consulting or project management experience.
- Active Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong knowledge of federal and California environmental regulations (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA, DTSC, Water Board).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $120,000
