Key Responsibilities
- Support daily field operations and ensure work aligns with project plans and safety standards.
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and quality control teams.
- Track quantities, assist with scheduling, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Contribute to on-site problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of field experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
