About the Role:
A fast-growing company in the clean tech and sustainability space is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead global brand, growth, and communications efforts. This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing function from the ground up and drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of innovative solutions that accelerate the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across brand, digital, content, and product marketing.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including external partners and agencies.
  • Own the company's positioning and messaging across all channels, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through performance marketing and targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and executive leadership to align marketing with business goals.
  • Oversee PR, media relations, and thought leadership initiatives to elevate the company's profile.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in scaling marketing functions in high-growth tech or sustainability-focused companies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, especially in energy, climate tech, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset, with a bias for execution.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus.
