The Opportunity
Join a respected mechanical contractor known for delivering high‑performance HVAC solutions across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mission‑critical environments. You'll manage retrofit and TI projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring exceptional project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What You'll Do
- Lead HVAC retrofit and TI projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate with engineers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep work on schedule and within budget
- Review project scope, drawings, specifications, and mechanical systems to identify risks and opportunities
- Provide clear leadership and direction to field staff and installation teams
- Oversee procurement, equipment selection, scheduling, and change order management
- Ensure all work meets strict safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long‑term trust
- Track project financials, forecasts, and progress reporting
What You Bring
- 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC or mechanical contracting
- Strong background in retrofit and/or commercial TI projects
- Excellent understanding of mechanical systems, installation logistics, and construction sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documentation
- Strong communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills
- A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
