Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site/civil engineering projects from concept through completion, including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control.
- Oversee and support the preparation of design documents, permit applications, and technical reports.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships; identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement office growth strategies.
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all projects.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 7+ years of experience in site/civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
- Strong technical expertise in stormwater management, grading, and infrastructure design.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD and/or Civil 3D preferred.
