A leading engineering and consulting firm is seeking a skilled Land Development Project Manager to join its Dallas office. This role is ideal for a civil engineering professional with experience managing site development projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality results for public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage site/civil engineering projects from concept through completion, including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control.
  • Oversee and support the preparation of design documents, permit applications, and technical reports.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships; identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement office growth strategies.
  • Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all projects.
  • Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 7+ years of experience in site/civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
  • Strong technical expertise in stormwater management, grading, and infrastructure design.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD and/or Civil 3D preferred.
