We're actively looking for a skilled Electrical Estimator to join a growing team in Raleigh, North Carolina, delivering high-quality commercial projects valued up to $5M.
The Role:
As an Electrical Estimator, you'll play a key role in pricing and winning work across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects. You'll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to produce accurate, competitive estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial electrical projects (up to $5M)
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform quantity take-offs and pricing analysis
- Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors for accurate pricing
- Support preconstruction and bid strategy efforts
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the commercial sector
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes
- Ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with estimating software and blueprint reading
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
