Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the corporate events and AV production market, including conferences, trade shows, and large-scale meetings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and event planners to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions that align with their event goals, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
- Service Promotion: Present and promote the company's full range of services, including event production, set design, presentation management, wireless networking, and virtual event solutions, positioning the company as a strategic partner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams-such as production managers, technical directors, and creative teams-to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional client experiences.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and provide innovative solutions to clients.
