Logistics Technical Writer / Validation Engineer
A rapidly growing consulting and services firm specializing in life sciences is seeking a Technical Writer / Validation Engineer to support change control processes within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role requires strong documentation skills and an understanding of GMP and FDA-regulated operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain documentation related to change controls in a GMP manufacturing setting
Ensure thorough, compliant, and auditable records of all change control processes
Adapt to varying project requirements and deliverables depending on client needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment
Previous exposure to FDA-regulated industries preferred
Excellent technical writing and document management skills
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Willing and able to work on-site Monday through Friday in Indianapolis, IN
