Logistics Technical Writer / Validation Engineer

A rapidly growing consulting and services firm specializing in life sciences is seeking a Technical Writer / Validation Engineer to support change control processes within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role requires strong documentation skills and an understanding of GMP and FDA-regulated operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain documentation related to change controls in a GMP manufacturing setting

  • Ensure thorough, compliant, and auditable records of all change control processes

  • Adapt to varying project requirements and deliverables depending on client needs


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • 1-3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment

  • Previous exposure to FDA-regulated industries preferred

  • Excellent technical writing and document management skills

  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Willing and able to work on-site Monday through Friday in Indianapolis, IN
