An industry-leading electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its rapidly growing Mission Critical and Advanced Technology division.

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through turnover, overseeing field operations, project controls, subcontractor management, procurement, scheduling, and client engagement.
You will be trusted to drive project performance, lead high-performing teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of electrical construction projects from award through closeout.
- Manage project financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and cost controls.
- Oversee project schedules, procurement activities, construction execution, and workforce planning.
- Direct field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain ownership of contract compliance, risk management, and project documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key project partners.
- Drive accountability, safety, quality, and operational excellence across the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Electrical Project Management experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Direct experience working for an electrical contractor.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations.
- Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure and power distribution systems.
- Experience overseeing electrical installation activities within commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, or advanced technology environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced construction environments.
