A well-established, full-service architecture, engineering, and field services consulting firm with a strong track record of successful projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic is seeking an Assistant Survey Project Manager to join their Survey Division in Bridgeport, WV.

This organization delivers a wide range of professional services across key markets, including land development, water resources, transportation, and energy, and is known for its collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.

The Role

In this position, you will provide technical oversight, mentorship, and project management support within the survey team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs
  • Provide technical oversight, including quality assurance and quality control of deliverables
  • Support and promote consistent field and office procedures to maintain high service standards
  • Assist in recruiting and building out the survey team

What They're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of surveying experience in a professional environment
  • Ability to obtain a West Virginia Professional Surveyor (PLS) license (preferred but not required)
  • Strong understanding of modern surveying practices, tools, and technologies
  • Experience managing survey projects, including proposals, budgeting, and billing review
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior staff
  • Interest in contributing to business development and growth of the survey practice
