An established and growing mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project schedules, budgets, manpower, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial plumbing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Review plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure projects are executed in compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Identify and resolve project challenges to keep work on schedule and within budget.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience managing commercial plumbing construction projects.
Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, construction processes, and project controls.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and scheduling.
Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
