Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute precast engineering and design tasks
* Perform structural analysis and design calculations for precast concrete components
* Prepare drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documentation
* Develop cost-effective and practical precast design solutions
* Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
* Assist with material selection and cost estimating efforts
* Participate in QA/QC reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders
* Mentor and support junior engineers and designers
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Master's preferred)
* 5-10+ years of precast concrete design engineering experience
* Experience with underground structures including utility vaults, manholes, drainage structures, and pump stations preferred
* Knowledge of ACI, ASCE, and AASHTO standards
* Familiarity with IBC codes is a plus
* PE license preferred or ability to obtain
* Proficiency with AutoCAD and RISA 3D
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
