What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading a variety of land development and construction survey projects
- Drafting survey documents and legal descriptions using AutoCAD/Civil3D
- Collaborating with clients, field crews, and internal teams
- Mentoring junior staff and helping shape best practices
- Visiting project sites to ensure quality and coordination
- Researching property records and resolving boundaries with confidence
What You Bring:
- Washington State PLS license (multi-state is a plus)
- 8+ years of experience in both field and office surveying
- Strong understanding of WA survey standards, boundary law, and control networks
- Familiarity with Leica robotic total stations and GPS equipment
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to keep improving
