About the Role
As a key member of the Project Delivery team, you'll help manage projects from mid-stage development through financing, construction, and commercial operation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about building the future of clean energy.
This is a hybrid position requiring four days per week in-office, with occasional travel to project sites and stakeholder meetings.
What You'll Do
You'll coordinate construction activities with internal teams and third-party field support, manage external consultants (environmental, civil, and electrical), and engage with stakeholders including landowners, permitting authorities, utilities, and financing partners. You'll also support contract management and ensure alignment across internal departments such as Legal, Finance, EPC, and Asset Management.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates with 2-7+ years of experience in renewable energy, project development, construction, or asset management. A degree in a technical or related field is required, along with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with solar and storage technologies, permitting processes, and contract negotiation is highly valued.
