Project Engineer - Heavy Civil Construction
Salary: $85,000- $115,000+ Bonus(s)

An established heavy civil general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex infrastructure projects is looking for a talented Project Engineer to join their team in Eugene, OR. What You'll Do:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution for heavy civil construction projects.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Assist with cost control, forecasting, and progress reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience Needed:
- 1-5 years of experience in heavy civil construction or similar field.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).
- Familiarity with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
