The Role
You'll be the lead Civil Project Manager for Texas-based projects, working remotely with support from a larger Midwest-based team. The role offers significant autonomy, a clear path to leadership, and the opportunity to help establish and grow a regional office over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial land development projects from concept through permitting and construction.
- Lead site development efforts for commercial developments and K-12 facilities.
- Coordinate with internal disciplines to deliver integrated project solutions.
- Navigate Texas-specific permitting and stormwater management requirements.
- Collaborate with business development and senior leadership to support client relationships and regional growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on commercial land development.
- Strong understanding of Texas permitting processes and stormwater management.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with support from a distributed team.
- Business development experience is a plus but not required.
