Project Manager - Geotechnical Responsibilities:
- Customer and Vendor Relations: Interface with multiple customers and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Contract Management: Handle contracts, change orders, and prepare vendor agreements.
- Project Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with superintendents and support team to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Project Manager - Geotechnical Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, which may include Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 5-10 years of experience in deep foundation and/or geotechnical construction is required. Managing $5 million+ sized contracts preferred.
- Work experience in both private and public sectors is preferred.
- Geotechnical construction experience with deep foundations and support of excavation including, but not limited to, secant/tangent piles, micropiles, driven piles, soil nails, caissons, tie backs, shotcrete, slurry walls, and high-capacity dam anchors are preferred.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (particularly Excel).
- Willingness to travel as necessary for projects.

Safety Sensitive Position:
This position requires work on project sites, including federal projects. Project sites contain various safety hazards associated with heavy construction. This position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as-needed basis. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
