What You'll Do
- Lead, plan, and manage project teams while overseeing scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Review and supervise technical design work with a focus on precision and quality
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and ensure accurate documentation
- Oversee production of plans, specifications, estimates, and technical engineering reports
- Prepare forms, agreements, and documents required for project approvals
- Ensure strong quality control measures throughout each project phase
- Develop improvement plans, including grading, stormwater, and utility design
- Compute grades, earthwork quantities, and material estimates
- Foster existing client relationships and identify new project opportunities
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 6+ years of recent civil engineering experience (land development focus)
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Strong understanding of grading, utilities, drainage, and stormwater management
- Excellent knowledge of code requirements and compliance issues
- Detail‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
