Project Manager
We have partenered with a leading national engineering firm that's expanding its water/wastewater division and seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead key infrastructure projects. This is a high-impact role where you'll oversee the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater systems that directly serve and improve local communities.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for municipal and regional water/wastewater systems, including treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, and MUDs.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and sub-consultants to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, providing technical guidance, progress updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee permitting and compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
- Support proposal development and client presentations, contributing to business growth and long-term partnerships.
- Mentor junior staff, fostering technical development and leadership skills within the team.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
- 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project portfolios.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with Houston-area infrastructure and permitting processes is a plus.
