What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage land development projects from concept through construction
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee design, permitting, budgeting, and scheduling
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
- Ensure projects are delivered with precision, innovation, and excellence
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license
- 7+ years of experience in land development and project management
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for collaboration and delivering high-quality work
