Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review architectural details and specifications for building enclosure systems.
  • Project manage engagements of varying size and complexity based on your experience.
  • Pursue client contacts and opportunities. Write proposals and develop budgets for leadership review.
  • Perform field investigations, condition surveys, and diagnostic testing.
  • Interpret architectural drawings, structural reports, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Support business development and maintain client relationships.
  • Mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related fields
  • Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Architect (R.A.) license preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to travel to job sites and work at heights.
  • Experience in Building enclosure commissioning and new construction.
