Role Summary
A nationally recognized architecture and design firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead efforts within its Senior Living practice. This role is ideal for a licensed architect with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who is passionate about creating environments that support aging populations. The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring successful project delivery from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, design development, documentation, and construction administration across all phases.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Coordinate internal teams and external engineering consultants to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Manage project schedules, staffing, budgets, and contract compliance.
- Oversee the production of design and construction documents, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and design intent.
- Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders during construction.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.
- Participate in client presentations and contribute to business development efforts.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Active architectural license required.
- Proven experience in Senior Living or Hospitality design sectors.
- Strong Revit proficiency and familiarity with construction documentation.
- Deep understanding of building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
Work Environment
This position is based in Denver, CO. While some flexibility is offered, regular in-office presence is expected for collaboration and client engagement.
