The firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects and help mentor the next generation of engineers. You'll oversee multidisciplinary design teams and guide the delivery of high‑quality solutions for treatment plants, conveyance systems, pump stations, pipelines, and storage tanks.
This role offers a blend of technical leadership, project management, client engagement, and team development-ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic oversight and hands‑on engineering guidance.
What You'll Do
- Manage water/wastewater projects from concept through construction
- Lead design teams on treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, and storage tanks
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and technical delivery
- Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Support business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff
- Strengthen client relationships through practical, high‑quality engineering solutions
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Minimum 6 years of experience with strong experience in planning and designing conveyance systems, pipelines, pump stations, and water/wastewater facilities
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and client relationship management
- Experience mentoring junior staff
- Familiarity with hydraulic modeling software (e.g., WaterCAD/GEMS) is a plus
- Ability to travel occasionally and eligibility to work in the U.S.
