Regional Lead Forensic Structural Engineer
An established forensic engineering and consulting firm with more than thirty years of proven success is looking for a Structural Engineer to support its growing presence across the Midwest. The company has built its reputation on responsive service, technical accuracy, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way. It remains intentionally independent, with an experienced leadership team and a culture that values integrity and long term relationships.
The team handles a wide range of residential, commercial, and insurance related investigations. Every assignment is approached with clear communication, sound judgement, and practical solutions. People who enjoy autonomy, meaningful responsibility, and a company that prioritises quality over scale will feel at home here.
About the Firm
For over three decades the firm has operated within the forensic engineering, construction, and insurance world, earning trust for its thorough and timely evaluations. The leadership group brings more than ninety years of combined experience, allowing the company to move quickly when natural disasters or complex structural issues arise. The business has remained employee owned because the focus is on excellence and long term stability, not aggressive growth.
Team members describe it as a place where:
* Collaboration is part of everyday work, with engineers and managers sharing insight across regions.
* Individual contribution genuinely matters, with direct access to leadership and a pathway to ownership for those who commit for the long term.
* People are treated fairly, with realistic workloads and no private equity pressure or burnout culture.
The company is led by a CEO who brings over thirty years of experience in structural inspections, disaster response, and forensic engineering management. After spending time with national firms, he founded the business to create an engineer first environment driven by quality and ethics.
