An established and forward-thinking land development consulting firm is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its South Jersey office. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic and operational leader of the South Jersey office.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in alignment with the firm's growth strategy.
- Drive regional client development efforts, working closely with internal business development and marketing teams.
- Hire, mentor, and develop staff while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven office culture.
- Oversee project management activities, including site planning and production, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Guide and shape the long-term vision and expansion of the branch.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
- Professional licensure in New Jersey preferred (PE, RLA, or equivalent).
- Established local industry relationships and a strong track record in client development and service.
- Demonstrated experience leading and motivating multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proven business acumen with a history of achieving growth and performance goals.
