Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and service plans to achieve business growth, revenue targets, and profitability across the assigned markets.
  • Define regional sales strategies that align with market dynamics, ensuring strong penetration in the dewatering and water treatment verticals.
  • Oversee P&L performance for the segment, ensuring disciplined financial management and sustainable profitability.
  • Lead brand and segment‑level strategy, providing guidance to marketing and product teams to strengthen market positioning.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain deep understanding of industry trends, competitive movements, and customer needs to identify opportunities for market expansion.
  • Ensure pricing proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with margin objectives.
  • Promote adherence to company policies, business ethics, and operating standards across the sales organization.
  • Coach sales, marketing, and service teams on effective presentations, value selling, and segment‑specific education.
  • Ensure optimal sales, marketing, and service coverage across regions, enabling timely support for new products and offerings.
  • Foster strong collaboration with internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions and support business objectives.
  • Ensure marketing materials, documentation, and pricing structures are suitable for the segment's selling strategy.
  • Leverage market intelligence and competitor analysis to optimize pricing, discounting, supply chain models, and distribution strategies.
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset, encouraging creative approaches to solve customer, technical, or organizational challenges.
  • Build and sustain positive working relationships across teams, partners, and customers to deliver high‑quality solutions and support.

Job Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in senior sales or commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to manage large sales teams and deliver results against high‑value targets.
  • Experience working with multinational organizations and engaging clients at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong background in water treatment for industrial markets such as microelectronics, food & beverage, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning, and supplier relationship management.
  • Experience with complex solution selling or enterprise‑level offerings is preferred
  • Strong business acumen and strategic agility.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and grow high‑performing teams.
  • Effective in conflict management, timely decision‑making, and driving results under pressure.
  • Customer‑centric approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate within a global professional environment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
