Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned energy professional with a strong background in B2B sales, energy markets, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored energy solutions that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Present the company's consulting services, including energy procurement, risk management, and sustainability solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal analysts and consultants to deliver customized proposals and insights.
  • Stay current on energy market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in energy consulting, retail energy, or related B2B sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a consultative selling environment.
  • Strong understanding of deregulated energy markets, energy procurement strategies, and sustainability trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Energy Management, or a related field (MBA a plus).
