Senior Channel Sales Manager - Data Center (Vendor)

A global electrical solutions MNC is looking for a Senior Channel Sales Manager (Singapore market focus) in Singapore. Your primary focus will be on building, managing, and expanding relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators, to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the data center vertical mainly in Singapore.

Products: Power distribution, Cable Management, Cooling, Connectivity

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy & Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy for SEA aligned with business goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Define and manage partner tiers, incentive programs, and enablement plans to drive partner performance and loyalty.


Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve challenges.


Sales Enablement & Execution

  • Provide training, tools, and support to ensure partners are equipped to sell data center solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint business planning, marketing campaigns, and lead generation activities.
  • Monitor and drive channel sales performance, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, operations, and customer service to support partner success.
  • Coordinate with global channel and key account teams to ensure consistency and leverage best practices.


Role Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in the data center or IT infrastructure industry.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling channel ecosystems in a regional context.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage partners at all levels.
  • Experience with partner programs, sales enablement, and contract negotiation.
  • Degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Electrical Engineering preferred).
