You'll take ownership of complex projects from concept through closeout, mentor junior engineers, and serve as a key client contact. What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle mechanical design for hyperscale data centers and mission-critical facilities.
- Perform advanced load calculations, energy modeling, and system hydronics analysis.
- Develop HVAC control sequences, specifications, and Revit/AutoCAD drawings.
- Oversee project teams, manage scope and budgets, and ensure QA/QC standards.
- Serve as the primary client contact on select projects and contribute to business development.
- Mentor junior staff and help shape firm-wide engineering standards and practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- PE license in a related discipline.
- 13+ years of mechanical engineering experience, ideally in mission-critical or data center environments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, CFD, and energy modeling tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote, self-directed work environment.
