A leading southeast construction firm is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to join its growing team in the Fort Lauderdale/ Miami area. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping project success from concept through contract award, driving accurate budgets and GMPs for landmark developments.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Preconstruction Manager
- Lead estimating for multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Oversee design-build projects from concept to award.
- Perform quantity takeoffs, skin studies, and GSF analysis.
- Assemble detailed estimates and bid tabs across trades.
- Review drawings, issue RFIs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Present to owners and A/E teams, explaining variances and solutions.
Qualifications of the Senior Preconstruction Manager
- 7+ years of preconstruction experience.
- Demonstrated success delivering for large-scale high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of trade scopes, pricing, and constructability.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff/Bluebeam and plan interpretation.
- Excellent communication and risk management skills.
