About Us
We are a nationally recognized Industrial General Contractor with a strong presence in the Southeast and a growing portfolio of mission-critical projects. As we prepare to launch multiple high-value data center builds, we're seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead project planning and scheduling efforts from preconstruction through commissioning.
The Role
As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and managing detailed construction schedules for large-scale data center projects. You'll work closely with project executives, field teams, and trade partners to ensure alignment with project milestones and client expectations. This is a key office-based role in Atlanta, with occasional travel to job sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive CPM schedules using Primavera P6.
- Integrate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning timelines.
- Analyze schedule progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with operations, MEP, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule accuracy.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to internal teams and clients.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of scheduling experience in large-scale construction, with at least 3 years in data center or mission-critical environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP systems, and commissioning processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA area.
