A leading full-service data center organization is seeking a Senior Vice President of Construction to lead the execution of large-scale, data center projects. This executive will oversee all aspects of construction delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with deep expertise in managing complex data center builds and scaling construction operations in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Oversight: Lead all construction activities across multiple data center projects, from groundbreaking to commissioning.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement best-in-class processes for scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing construction management team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental guidelines.
