Senior Water/Wastewater Process Engineer/Project Manager
LVI Associates is currently representing a national water consultancy solely dedicated to the water and wastewater market across the United States. This firm combines the expertise of a leading water-sector specialist with the close-knit culture of a smaller, employee-focused organization.
They are seeking an experienced Engineer and Project Manager to lead client engagements across planning, design, construction, and operational phases for water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects out of there growing St Louis, MO office. The successful candidate will work closely with both clients and internal multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, innovative solutions.
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary project teams, including oversight of scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Strong background in the planning and design of water and wastewater systems, such as pumping systems, mechanical/process piping, valves, and other process equipment
- A proactive, client‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality work on time and within budget
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Engagement in relevant professional associations is advantageous
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or related Engineering field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 10+ years of relevant technical experience
- Prior experience as a project manager
