Senior W/WW Engineer
A nationally recognized civil engineering firm is growing its Water/Wastewater practice across Texas and seeking a Senior Engineer for its Houston office. This is a strategic role focused on delivering critical infrastructure projects and contributing to long-term technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and delivery of wastewater treatment facilities, lift stations, and water systems
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and oversee permitting, project coordination, and quality control
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Engage in client communication, stakeholder coordination, and business development
Support project strategy, budgeting, and long-range planning
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas, or ability to obtain
8+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design and delivery
Strong leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with modeling software and regulatory compliance frameworks
