The Role
You'll join an established structural team delivering a range of building and infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and analysing structures using steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber
- Producing calculations, drawings, and technical specifications
- Collaborating with internal architectural and engineering teams
- Attending client meetings and contributing to project discussions
- Supporting delivery from concept through construction
- Conducting site visits and field assessments
Depending on experience, there is also scope to:
- Lead smaller projects or workstreams
- Mentor junior engineers
- Contribute to proposals and business development
What They're Looking For
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Experience in structural design (flexible level - mid to senior considered)
- Working knowledge of relevant design codes (IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE)
- Experience with structural design software (e.g. RISA, RAM, Revit beneficial)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Professional Engineer (PE) licence or working toward it
