What We Do
- Land & Roof Surveys: ALTA, topographical, boundary, and subdivision surveys

Position Overview
As a Survey Technician, you will play a key role in both field and office operations, supporting land survey projects from start to finish. You'll work on a variety of local projects and assist with California-based assignments, gaining hands-on experience with advanced surveying technologies and methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform field surveys including staking boundary lines and construction layouts
- Assist with ALTA, topographical, boundary, and subdivision surveys
- Operate and maintain surveying instruments and equipment
- Collect and process data for LIDAR scanning and 3D modeling
- Prepare as-built documentation including floorplans and elevations
- Collaborate with team members to produce interactive plans and panoramic visualizations
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards
Qualifications
- Experience or education in land surveying or related field preferred
- Familiarity with surveying instruments and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and travel locally as needed
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
