About Us: We are a multidisciplinary design services firm with multiple locations nationwide. We provide a range of services including civil/site engineering, transportation engineering, electrical engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, planning, environmental, surveying, GIS, construction inspection, precast engineering, and construction engineering services to both public and private sector clients.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $195,000 annually
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of project managers within the Transportation Group. Develop and maintain a motivated staff with high morale. Ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules. Identify and address technical, schedule, or financial issues proactively. Assist with business plan development and execution. Mentor and supervise project managers. Write proposals and attend interviews. Market transportation services to existing and new clients. Supervisory Duties: Manage teams across multiple locations. Oversee and coordinate multiple projects. Provide ongoing performance feedback. Support employee growth through career development and training. Act as a coach and mentor to team members. Apply critical thinking to solve complex business challenges.
Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MS preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of transportation design experience.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
- Professional Engineering License (PE) or ability to obtain it.
- Prior staff management experience preferred.
- Client relationship and business development experience preferred.
