Job Overview:
As a Water Treatment Engineer, you will play a crucial role in both the technical development and product development of water treatment processes. This includes conducting fundamental verification and prototyping, as well as integrating ready-to-use technologies into our products. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure our solutions are effective and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Development: Understand the principles of water treatment processes and develop technologies for next-generation products. This involves researching and implementing innovative methods to improve water quality and treatment efficiency.
- Product Development: Apply the developed technologies to the products and provide feedback for continuous improvement. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of product development, from initial concept to final implementation.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues that arise in the field. This includes diagnosing problems, developing solutions, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our water treatment systems.
Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in Water Treatment: Demonstrated experience in executing technical and product development in water treatment. You should have a strong understanding of various water treatment processes and technologies. An Engineering degree or related degree is required.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across various fields. You will need to effectively convey technical information to non-technical team members and external partners.
- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues on-site. You should be adept at troubleshooting and developing practical solutions to complex problems.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and tackle technical challenges based on business strategies. You should be able to align technical development with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Preferred Skills:
- Research Experience: Experience in water treatment research at the laboratory level. You should be familiar with experimental design and data analysis.
- Practical Experience: Practical experience in developing and operating water treatment systems. Hands-on experience with water treatment technologies is highly valued.
- Process Development: Experience in developing separation, decomposition, removal, and purification processes for specific substances. You should be able to design and optimize processes for various applications.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Python. You should be able to analyze experimental results and quickly take the next steps based on your findings.
