Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
- Oversee engineering design, permitting, documentation, and QA/QC processes.
- Serve as primary liaison with water districts, municipal clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and project risks.
- Support proposal development, funding applications, and work‑winning efforts.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience delivering water or wastewater treatment, conveyance, or utility projects.
- Strong understanding of Texas water district regulations and processes (TCEQ, TWDB) is a plus.
- Strong communication and client‑facing capabilities.
- Professional licensure (PE) preferred.
