The Role
Our client is seeking a Building Envelope Project Manager who can lead with vision while managing the details. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering projects on time and on budget while fostering collaboration and team growth.
Managing expectations and ensuring transparency with clients and stakeholders.
Championing the consultancy's work within the industry and enabling teams to flourish.
Balancing strategic oversight with the agility to make informed adjustments.
Overseeing a diverse portfolio including FISP compliance inspections, façade restoration, and parking garage rehabilitation projects, alongside new construction and modern enclosure systems.
This is a pivotal role where you will empower teams, drive excellence, and contribute to projects that protect and enhance New York's built environment.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (or equivalent industry experience)
- PE or RA Preferred
Familiarity with planning, documentation, local laws, codes, and filing requirements.
Ability to sketch field conditions and proficiency with Microsoft tools and CAD.
NYC Scaffold Certifications and OSHA certifications are a plus.
Clean driver's license and insurance if using a personal vehicle for work.
