We are seeking a highly experienced Water/Wastewater Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of critical infrastructure projects across Texas and surrounding regions. This role offers the opportunity to shape sustainable water solutions while managing high-performing teams and driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or ability to obtain.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, including leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
