About the Opportunity

A respected architecture and design practice is seeking a talented and driven Interior Designer with at least three years of professional experience to join its collaborative team in Jacksonville, Florida. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with project leaders, engage directly with clients, and contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects from concept through construction.
The ideal candidate is creative, technically proficient, and passionate about delivering thoughtful design solutions while working within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine interior design concepts in collaboration with architects and project team members.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
  • Prepare presentation materials, renderings, and graphic content to communicate design intent.
  • Produce detailed construction documents and coordinate project documentation.
  • Support project delivery from early design phases through project completion.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality and project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional interior design experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and contributing to presentations.
  • Ability to balance independent initiative with collaborative teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.
  • Experience with Photoshop and other visualization software is advantageous.
