About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Application Engineer to join a leading global organization in the filtration and environmental solutions industry. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about engineering, customer support, and project management. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution from design through after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer projects, including design, installation, commissioning, and operational support.
- Provide technical expertise during sales processes and customer meetings.
- Deliver training on product design, operation, and maintenance.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, contracts, and service agreements.
- Coordinate and train external service providers and internal technical teams.
- Develop product-specific materials such as case studies and presentations.
- Recommend product and process improvements based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental, Process, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
- Experience:
- Background in plant operation, construction, or engineering services.
- Technical field experience required.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of membrane technology and water/wastewater systems.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AUTOCAD experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary: $115,000-$145,000 annually (based on experience).
