What You'll Do
As Principal Architect, you will:
- Serve as a trusted client advisor and design leader for healthcare and education projects

- Drive project vision from concept through delivery, ensuring design excellence and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with firm leadership to grow market presence and strategic opportunities in Indiana and beyond

- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client presentations
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Architect registered in the State of Indiana
- Proven experience as a Principal, Senior Architect, or Market Leader
- Strong background in healthcare and/or education architecture
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
- Passion for leadership, collaboration, and growing a practice
